I’m not sure what planet the author lives on:
“For the U.S. and its allies in the cyber pacts, cybersecurity can also be viewed as means of promoting the free flow of encrypted data, uninhibited by government interference.”
What? It’s the meddling of the NSA that’s the main instigator for splintering. How convenient that he forgets to mention the European countries that want to eliminate America’s prying eyes.
